Recently, NHA, Inc. had the privilege to work with Uplifting Our Youth (HeartSmiles), a Baltimore based nonprofit organization. NHA donated laptops, monitors, servers, and additional computer equipment. The goal of the donation was to help support the youth of Baltimore, while providing them access to expand their opportunities for scholastic and vocational enrichment. The donated computer equipment will help the HeartSmiles organization to continue to provide access to community programs, and services for the youth in Baltimore city.

CMS recently awarded the Cost Report Audit Risk Assessment Accuracy and Education (CRARAAE) contract to Myers and Stauffer with NHA as their subcontractor. NHA was selected to fill a key role in providing education due to our long history of success in training, outreach, and education. NHA has recently obtained Department of Transportation (DOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program certification in several additional states.  We are now certified in the states of AL, CA, CT, FL, MD, NH, NJ, NY, and TX.  The DBE program is designed to provide fair opportunity to compete for federally funded transportation contracts.  NHA can now help prime contractors in these states meet state DBE contracting goals while providing the exceptional services we are known for.
