Neil Hoosier & Associates, Inc. is excited to serve as the Medicare Secondary Payer Integration Contractor (MSPIC).  Our 6-month contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will start on September 7, 2017 with a 30-day transition period.  As of October 7, 2017 NHA will take the reins as the MSPIC prime contractor after serving as the 49% MSPIC subcontractor for the last 5+ years and supporting CMS’s MSP program in various capacities for over 17 years.
