Remote 2-Month Assignment: Testing Specialist & Project LeadRemote 2-Month Assignment: Testing Specialist & Project Lead

NHA is in need of both a Testing Specialist and a Project Lead for a 2 month assignment on one of our healthcare contracts. Both roles require a Bachelor's Degree and at least 7-9 years of experience. Change/release management experience and testing background are key components. These roles can be performed in a fully remote capacity.

Senior Contracts Manager

The Senior Contracts Manager will provide strategic leadership and hands-on full lifecycle contract management on multiple programs.  The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for all contract matters including providing strategy to the Executive team, drafting and executing agreements and subcontracts, negotiations, resolving issues, and managing contracts related to Government, Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture and Commercial programs for a rapidly growing SBA 8(a) certified company.

The Senior Contracts Manager will work closely with NHA’s Executive, Business Development and Operational teams, Compliance Officer and other functional departments. The work will encompass a wide variety of applications including substantial new business support, ongoing programs, proposal support and contracts and subcontracts work.  Work will include detailed review and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs and associated documents.  Responsibilities include providing extensive knowledge of government contracting and FAR regulations. 

Senior Proposal Manager

The Senior Proposal Manager must be able to manage entire proposal process for complex proposals. Must ensure 100% compliance with proposal requirements; 100% of proposals must be submitted by client-provided deadline. Establish and maintain a compliant outline and template, a proposal schedule, a compliance matrix, style convention guidelines, and be adept at overall RFP analysis. Ability to manage more than one proposal at a time is a must. Willingness to work extended hours and assist other proposal team staff in meeting deadlines. Proofreading skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations. Must be very dependable and possess exceptional customer service skills. Must have Proposal Manager experience for public sector bids in a proposal management organization for at least 12 years. Must have strong writing and editing skills.
